Dinner at Niner Winery

We had the pleasure of catering a 5-course dinner for 20 lively guests at Niner Winery. Their shiny new hospitality center is a must visit when they open the doors later this Spring. Here are a few pictures from our Monday gathering.
- Appetizers and Smiles
- Goat Cheese, Rosemary, and Purple Potato Tartlet
- Blue Nose Sea bass, Wild Mushroom Beurre Noisette
- Chocolate French Toast with Nutella and Fresh Berries
- Tambra, Natalie and Shana enjoy a 5 minute dinner between courses.
